Exhilarance will accept full and partial returns within 30 days of purchase for a refund if you are not completely satisfied. We only accept returns in their original product packaging and purchased through www.exhilarance.com. If you purchased an Exhilarance product from a retail partner, please contact that retailer directly.
Please note that all customers are responsible for all shipping and handling fees incurred for products sent back to Exhilarance. Once we have initiated your return process via email at firstname.lastname@example.org, we will provide you with our return address. (PRODUCT RETURNS SHOULD NOT BE SENT TO THE RETURN ADDRESS LISTED ON YOUR PACKAGE!)
Once the return is received and inspected, the refund is processed securely back to the original method of payment and may take up to 7-10 business days to complete, depend on your card's issuing bank. We suggest that you obtain a Certificate of Mailing from your post office and keep it for your records until your refund appears in your account.
